Muffin The Mule
Muffin the Mule is an animated puppet animal character in a British 1946 to 1955 television show for children. The puppet had been made in the year 1933 for Ann Hogarth. The original TV shows featuring the animal character were presented by Annette Mills, and broadcast live by the BBC from their studios at Alexandra Palace from Autumn 1946 to Winter 1954. Mills and the puppet continued with programmes that were broadcast until 1955, when Mills died. Copyright remains with BBC reproduced as an example of early television programs.

Used to love Ivanhoe.
Our first tv in 1959 was 12" black and white accompanied by a H ariel slung off our line pole with one channel.Programs started around noon and stopped before midnight closing with the national anthem.Later came ITV and then BBC2 and ITV2.ITV was frosty like looking through snow so we then used Radio Rentals and a new 16" tv and ariel for 12shillings a week all in with replacement tv if ours stopped working,I was 8 in 1959,can remember 1960 something watching England beating Spain 4 2 after getting home from school, great days.Forgot to add most programs were live then so it was a tricky format and you would see the BBC lost program sign telling you programs will continue as soon as possible a lot

I went with my daughter and granddaughter to watch Sooty live a couple of years ago. Richard Cadell who works for Sooty, pointed out that most parents were really there for themselves. We all agreed. Including my daughter and myself 😄 He still says " bye bye everybody, bye bye " This brought a tear to this granddad's eye😊

This is not funny at all. That poor, innocent creature is probably scared for its life. This should be illegal. You should not be posting videos like this as a joke.
One thing which I will make clear is that this fox was not injured or chased in any way by any fox hounds. Shortly after the film was taken, the fox was collected by rspca.

I was hoping they had the flower pot men in watch with Mother. I was born in 1952 and these clips sent me rushing back in time.
It's a pity about the Flower Pot Men. They caused a scandal after they began to make obscene gestures to the camera and even sexually assaulted Little Weed. Had to be taken off the air as a consequence.

I was crazy for the very long slides we had in Plymouth they would get burning hot in the summer but i loved it 😂and swinging on the swing and Jumping off 😂the wooden round abouts 😂the Swinging Boats 😂the may pole 😂
